Booking assistant for REMOVALIST business in Australia

Im currently running a Furniture removalist business in Australia and looking for someone who takes care of place bookings in our online calendar and take calls when customers want to speak about anything etc

We own two 4.5 tonne trucks at the ---------- nt so we need At Least 4 job bookings per day from monday to saturday which means 24 bookings a week.
Im currently placing 4 bookings a day myself and im paying 10.5 australian dollars per booking so de more bookings you place the more money you can earn. 4 bookings a day at the end of the month means $1000 australian dollar ($38,500php)
My last worker used to place 6 to 8 bookings a day which means up to $77,000php. But once again all depends on your effectiveness you can could earn $100,000php if you are experienced.
This job is also Suitable for someone who is doing something else and want to expand his business.
My working area is All Brisbane area and Gold Coast area as well.
7am till 9pm.
A team VA's is preferable to do this.
