Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our own brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced Influencer/Broadcast Marketing VA, who is awesome like us, to join the team. He/she will be working full-time for 40 hours a week, semi-flexible, Monday through Friday, and must have the following qualifications:

-In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
-Outstanding spoken communication skills, superb listening skills, with an ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to a variety of audiences
-Natural charisma and passion for storytelling and film-making.
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

He/ She must also have the following:
- Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
- A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
- Headphones/earphones (for meetings)

What would the tasks be?
-Building all processes for acquiring new digital influencers, as well as maintaining existing ones;
-Identifying the most relevant influencers in the industry on major and minor social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram,Slickdeals, FatWallet, etc., by doing research and/ or using tools.
-Forming relationships with influencers prior to asking them to advocate the products or the company in general;
-Persuading digital influencers to promote our products with little to no upfront cost;
-Ensuring that all possible things have been done to keep existing influencers;
-Establishing a Sponsored Athlete Program, affiliate programs, partnerships with influencers, and managing everything related to these;
-Setting up and taking charge of activities surrounding the Influencer page on the company website;
-Boosting our online presence on relevant forums/message boards by responding to comments and subtly promoting our products;
-Leading the department dedicated to influencer marketing, once set up, and collaborating with other tea ---------- mbers of other departments whenever necessary.
-Coming up with a marketing plan/strategy on a weekly/monthly basis (or working alongside the marketing assistant to do this);
-Working with other tea ---------- mbers on the execution of the plan;
-Scheduling posts or posting them on Facebook/Twitter/etc. real-time (or working alongside the marketing assistant to do this);
-Managing Best Deals and Deal of the Day on Amazon;
-Managing some Amazon Ads or working on other Amazon-related tasks in Amazon US, Amazon UK, and Amazon Japan (using Google Translate whenever needed);
-Copywriting on newsletters, product descriptions, etc.;
-Helping with blog articles, etc.;
-Other related tasks or tasks in the marketing department;
-Other related tasks that we feel match your skills/experience perfectly.
