Join a fast paced/high growth disruptive company - project manager!

The company: We're a property management/community matching company. Essentially, we're building a long term version of Airbnb (for residents who need to live in a place 1 year+).

Your job:
You will do things like
- Setting up furniture pickups through craigslist
- Scraping data from CL and organizing data
- Coordinate our house viewings
- Coordinate tenant showings
- Make sure rent is paid on time
- Organizing our bills
(We'll teach you how to do all of this!)

You are: A high achiever! This job isnt easy! It requires a high attention to detail, someone who can learn fast, someone who can speak english, organize data, etc. This isnt a typical VA job! You'll be managing and directing people here in the US, chatting with our residents! Eventually, we hope you'll be managing a large team in the phils.

You must know how to use spreadsheets (the basics: filtering, adding data, etc). Excel is basic, but if you've never worked with a spreadsheet before we unfortunately don't have the bandwidth to train you on that. Huge plus if you know how to code, since people with a coding mindset tend to be great for these positions, but absolutely not necessary.

Ideally, we're looking for someone young who can grow professionally with our company. You should be open to working more than 40 hours a week (you'll be paid of course!) We hope our entrepreneurial spirit will rub off onto you and you'll start your own business/branch off.

Compensation: The job is difficult. The pay reflects that. If you're good, you can expect to be making at least $700/month + additional bonuses once you're done with training and self sufficient (once you can do the job without making mistakes). Training salary is considerably lower. Everyone starts at $2.50/hour, but expect this to raise fast within the first few weeks.
