-Male, not more than 30 years old
-College level of Civil Engineering technology or any related course. -With work experience similar to project construction and property maintenance is an advantage
-Candidate must be able to assists Management in plans, proposals, and costs of the project or maintenance
-Can determine project responsibilities, duration, and completion
-Can start as soon as possible
