Description

Docking Drawer Instagram Community Engagement - We need your help to manage our communications with potential, new, and existing customers on our Instagram ---------- this role, you will manage communications and engagements by participating in online conversations to build brand awareness, visibility, and loyalty and serve as the voice for the company’s online social presence, ensuring consistent branding across social media.

This position does not include any responsibility for content scheduling, content creation, managing advertising, etc. This role is a 100% customer engagement role.

Administrative tasks of this role include -
Order entry
Zoo ---------- etings

Our goals are -

Grow IG followers to over 20K
Create 100+ engagements a day via 3 pillars - New followers, New Orders and New Quiz Submissions,
Work collaboratively with continuous improvement and two-way feedback
Work with someone eager to learn our way of docking business

We are seeking to establish a long term relationship
Ideal hours are from 12 pm PST onwards. After 2pm PT/5am PST onwards can work as well
Between 4 - 8 hours per day. Ideally, we are seeking someone who can work 40 hours a week
This role has the potential to grow into other areas of our marketing efforts

Payment
We offer two types of work arrangements
Hourly - Paid every week on Friday. For Hourly staff, we can be flexible with time off, holidays in both US and Philippine
Monthly - Paid once a month on the 15th. 15 days of Holiday are offered to 40 hours per week staff.
Payments - We prefer making payments in Wise but can also pay via Paypal
$300 USD bonus retention bonus after 90 days and a 5% salary increase in USD after 6 months
