Digital Media Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an innovative and creative Digital Media Marketing Assistant to join our emerging team of savvy marketers! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting our digital campaigns by creating high-quality and professional video and audio, designing websites and landing pages, maintaining social media pages, and developing and managing our eCommerce shop.

This role is an essential part of our business growth and works closely with all members of our marketing team to create immersive online experiences designed to generate new targeted leads and maintain customer satisfaction.

As our Digital Media Marketing Assistant, you will report directly to our Senior Marketing Supervisor and work with a team of like-minded individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and helping people achieve their highest potential. Your positive attitude, ability to think outside the box, and willingness to learn new things will be essential in this role.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**
• Working with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies
• Designing and creating high-quality visuals for our website, social media pages, eCommerce shop, and other digital outlets
• Creating and editing professional video and audio content for our podcasts, blog, social accounts, marketing campaigns, courses, etc
• Developing and managing our new eCommerce shop
• Maintaining our social media pages and engaging in our online communities
• Designing and updating company websites and landing pages
• Analyzing data and working with the marketing team to develop strategies to improve performance
• Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Researching and strategically implementing new digital marketing trends
• Performing various marketing admin tasks

**Role Qualifications:**
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Quality graphic design skills and proficient use of design software (Canva, Stencil, Affinity, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs)
• Strong video editing knowledge and skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, or similar software)
• Working knowledge of audio editing software (Pro Tools, Audacity, or similar programs.)
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Woocommerce, or similar software.)
• Previous funnel building and landing page design experience
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website development is a plus but not required
• Well versed in social media platforms and best practices
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

**Salary**
Compensation for this role starts at $200 - $300 USD/month. Pay will be based on candidates' quality of work and experience level. We value our tea ---------- mbers and have established additional benefits (bonus, the 13th month, SSS and PhilHealth contribution, paid time off, etc) for our staff.
