We are looking for a thumbnail creator who can help create eye-catching thumbnails for our Movies-related YouTube videos.

Responsibilities:

Research & source images around the web, could also be screenshots from videos
Prepare the most eye-catching thumbnails for videos watched by millions of viewers
Be responsible for creating the most engaging compositions of our images;
Have to quickly edit many images every day;
Be a part of a great creative team and work in a dynamic atmosphere;
Have all the necessary tools to create freely;
Requirements:

Experience in Adobe Photoshop (masks, adjustment layers, keyboard shortcuts)
Enthusiastic for subjects such as art or design
Good with the English language (able to speak and communicate)
Combination of both: creative and analytical mind
A natural interest in Social media, pop culture & movies
Skill in photography/lighting is a big plus
Teamwork skills
Love for web video content
Independence and initiative
Desire to learn and grow
