Our client is looking for a Senior IT Tech Support who has vast experience in providing product application, operating system, server and hardware support to our customers by responding to their queries and assisting them in finding solutions via Ticketing system and phone calls.
Applicants must have the following experience to be considered:
Fully administer and escalate jobs through helpdesk ticketing system
• Remote access of Customer desktops/servers and resolving system issues and/or customer enquiries.
• Performing regular maintenance of systems and software
• Establishing positive customer rapport and building customer confidence
• Recovery of Systems in the vent of a disaster.
• Installation and configuration of new Systems, Servers and desktops
• Supporting Telecommunications infrastructure both internal and Customers.
• Options available for creating and maintain Scripts in PowerShell and/or Web development
