Our company offers a variety of SaaS applications. Our core software is mature, but we have an ongoing commitment to improving and expanding our product offerings. We are looking to hire a full-time Digital Project Manager/Technical Chief of Staff to help oversee our growing software development team.

This role will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), and collaborate closely with the Company leadership team as a key stakeholder and thought partner.

Our ideal candidate would have a proven track record of leadership and success in software/digital project management. This is a fast-paced environment, and we are 100% geographically decentralized: all communications are managed virtually, and all employees and contractors work ---------- order to thrive here, you must be highly proactive, self-motivated, responsive, and comfortable managing responsibilities in a remote work environment.

This would be an excellent opportunity for a hard-working individual to establish a long-term working relationship with a growing ---------- this role, your Specific Responsibilities would include:
- Develop project plans, requirements, timeframes, and expectations
- Proactively review project plans and anticipated outcomes with all key stakeholders, and ensure proper documentation of project execution plans
- Closely monitor and manage performance against timeline/budget
- Closely track progress against milestones, as well as the quality of deliverables
- Actively identify and execute process improvements
- Actively engage in product testing process to ensure optimal performance
- Contribute to Company’s development roadmap and strategic planning
- Report directly to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), and collaborate with Company’s leadership team as a key stakeholder and thought partner
- Stay engaged and responsive via collaboration tools such as Slack and Miro.
- All other job duties as requested

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: minimum of 3+ years as a software/digital project manager
- Proven track record of successfully applying Agile/Scru ---------- thodologies (i.e., Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Daily Huddles, Sprint Retrospectives)
- Experience using collaboration/project management tools such as Miro, L ---------- , JIRA, Basecamp and/or Slack
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with decentralized (100% remote) development teams
- Experience working within a growing small-business and/or startup environment
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies
- Ability to create training content to orient new users to software tools

Additional Requirements:
- Must be highly proficient at communicating in English (both written and verbal), including technical jargon
- Must be proactive, reliable, resourceful, and highly self-motivated
- Must be confident in establishing self as a leader within our development team
- Must be able to understand business needs and take a solutions-oriented approach to the development process
- Must be comfortable working within a small, fast-paced, 100% remote development environment; prior track record of successfully working with remote development teams is strongly preferred
