Global Recruiter

We are a fast moving startup based out of Silicon Valley. We hope to hire a talented global recruiter for our company. The ideal candidate needs to be able to match candidates to specific skill-sets and go through the process of recruiting them to the team. They must be able work with our CTO and/or engineers to get a clear understanding of the exact requirements for the role and must be able to hire the right talent accordingly. They must be comfortable using the various recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Dice etc. to communicate with and recruit qualified engineering resources. Any previous experience in the area is a plus. The candidate will have to be meticulous, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced volatile environment of a startup. Verbal proficiency in English and an overlap of California (PST) work hours is critical as you will be reaching out to US based engineers and working with the team.
