Looking for a HARO specialist (Long Term Opportunity)

We're currently looking to hire a HARO specialist to help us build natural and high-quality backlinks to our blog in the computers & technology niche. I've done this work in the past but I simply don't have the time to do it myself anymore so we're looking to hire someone to help us get regular backlinks from HARO.

We're also looking for someone who already has experience with HARO campaigns and who knows how to write copy that really appeals to journalists. There's a certain formula that works well with HARO submissions so it helps if you're familiar with best practices.
