Job Role
1. Create the database for potential customers, B2C and B2B both
2. Outreach to potential customers explaining the value proposition of NimNim services
3. Create timely follow and touchpoints with the potential customer to onboard them
4. Liaise and manage relationships with the potential customer
5. Develop relationships with prospective customers, while maintaining existing customer relationships
6. Onboarding prospective customers and taking them through the onboarding process
7. Take ownership of small tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary
9. Identify, communicate, and champion process improvement opportunities that will benefit the entire team
10. You will reach apartment buildings to manage relationships are happy and schedule in person NimNim events and follow up with collateral

OTHER INFO ON THE ROLE
– Work when you want, and for as many hours as you want as long as you are hitting your goals
– You choose your target appointment goals per month with no influence from management
– Opportunity to move into management role

In this role you will be the very first hire. Which means I will personally be working with you very closely. This also presents an opportunity for higher level management positions and the ability to move up faster than you would working for a larger company that is not as early stage as us.

RESOURCES
– We provide you a CRM with a US # to text, email, follow up, and schedule appointments. Act as the first point of contact with queries coming from web chat, phone calls, or email

COMPENSATION:
Base salary $500 and up to $1000 post closing deals

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

– Attention to detail. Attention to detail. (Yes I wrote that 2x's...it's that important for us)
– Self learner
– Highly creative personality type
– Written English is perfect for the messaging copy you will be sending people
– Spoken english is or near perfect
– Past experience setting appointments with direct messaging, cold email, cold calling, or another approach you are confident will generate appointments
– Available during USA work hours 10am-5pm EST Mon-Thu for internal communication with team
