VA SUPER TEAM seeks Outbound phone sales / high-end Cold Calling and Telemarketing Services for a real estate investor & broker.

As a Real Estate Team, we pride ourselves in timely payments to VA’s, Top Level Training & overall success since 1994 (Successfully working with Virtual Assistant’s since 2008). Investor-Broker-Agent team looking to add 4-5 new VA tea ---------- mbers now.

Outbound sales specializing in Real Estate, calling & qualifying cold & warm homeowners.


Job Requirements:

- Work from home / must have stable quiet work environment
- Must have stable high speed internet with stable computer & noise canceling headset
- Use call Center software & voice over IP phone number
- Use scripts & sales techniques
- Daily status updates with instant lead notification emails
- End of day reporting
- Fluent English Speaker with an American accent
- Dynamic communicator
- Ability to respond to clients in a timely manner
- High attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skill


We value experience in the following: calling FSBO / Expired Listings / Absentee Owners / Divorce-Probate / PreForeclosure-Liens / and anyone that may or may not be selling their property.

Payments thru Paypal, Wise or Xoom (ALWAYS on-time with NO hassles)

Available shifts: ALL work schedules in USA - Pacific Time Zone
Typically: Monday thru Friday
Full-time 8AM -5PM (1 hour lunch 12pm-1pm)
Part Time: 8AM - 12PM
Part Time: 4PM - 8PM
Saturdays: 8AM - 5PM / modified shifts in 4 hour blocks
