AIRBNB ASSISTANT

Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM EST

Job description/ Deliverables:

- Outbound calling to other Airbnb property owners
- Assistance in managing other Airbnb account
- All tasks to assist in building the short rental property management company
- Manage guest’s check-in and out
- Respond to guest messages / booking inquiries/complaints/maintenance requests on each property
- Updates arrival, departure, and occupancy rate every day
- Answering questions about what Airbnb offers, and the surrounding area like restaurants, and tourist spots.
- Market Research
- Reach out to guests via SMS or phone calls to ensure they are having a good stay, for reminders, and reviews.
- Call our maintenance people as needed (USA phone #s will be provided)
- Coordinate Cleanings: Schedule house cleanings on Google Sheets.
