JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! I am looking for an amazing full time virtual assistant that can help manage my short term housing solution company! You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.


* Must Own A Computer
*Must Have Reliable Internet Connection
Experience with Airbnb is REQUIRED
Experience as a Virtual Assistant is REQUIRED
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
Knowledge in content creation is a plus
Must be creative and innovative with attention to detail.


Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill


Virtual assistants provide administrative support to the company remotely by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.

Job Responsibilities for Virtual Assistant (Including But Not limited to):

*Answer phone calls and respond to emails
*Respond to guest queries
*Calendar Management
*Send information, such as house check-in instructions, and researched information about the area, prior to arrival
*Handles key processes
*Send welcome messages to guests
*Manage bookings
*Book keeping & Accounting
*Updating and streamlining various processes
*Schedule room cleanings, maintenance, repairs, laundry services, etc.
*Set up predefined responses to frequently asked questions
*Write compelling content to help listings stand out
*Manage the website and social media accounts
*Schedule meetings with clients
*Manage travel plans for employees
*Issue invoices to clients

Job Requirements:

-English Proficiency
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Prior experience as an administrative assistant
-Prior experience as a short term rental virtual assistant (i.e., Airbnb) * required
-Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
-Fully Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Highly organized
