SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

Hi Freelancers, I am the Broker and Owner of a multi brand Realty & investments group. Since 1994, I've been selling and brokering properties, and investing since 1993, all in California. I need someone to assist me with my website and other social media platforms.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Collaborate with the marketing department to gain a better knowledge of short and long-term marketing goals, and then develop content strategies accordingly
- Creating material that will pique the interest of the target audience


JOB REQUIREMENTS (Must have previous experience)

- Producing content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Blogs, and other social media projects as needed
- Video editing
- Email marketing
- Social Media Content Creator or a similar role
- Must have experience running social media advertising campaigns
- Detail-oriented with high knowledge and delivery of social media content creation
- Creative, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Graphics & Multimedia
- Experience with Adobe tools and or Canva
- Create Keynote or PowerPoint presentations using Canva or equivalent
- FLEXIBILITY FOR SCHEDULE - DAYS OR NIGHT, however: MUST be Available to work during Pacific Standard Time or graveyard shift meetings on occasion (to review projects from time to time).
- Ability to work 20-30 hrs. per week or more
