Client Success Manager

**Client Success Manager Position**

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to manage our clients and follow up with them on a weekly and monthly basis to see how their accounts are doing with our digital marketing services. You will be required to create video reports, speak directly to clients and be any support needed for their accounts.

**Requirements**

- 3+ years of experience as a client success manager for another marketing agency before.

- Must speak and write perfect English
- High-speed internet, backup hotspot
- Webcam, Noise Canceling Headset & Mic
- Must have a quiet place to make calls
