Job Description
We are looking for an expert to help our business promote content, products, and services on Pinterest. The job requires assisting the brand to achieve its digital and content marketing goals. Key deliverables for our Pinterest specialist will be clicks, traffic, and follower growth.

Create Pinterest worthy content using existing company assets
Creating visually appealing pins and link them to our online shops, videos, or articles
Optimizing pins with relevant keywords & hashtags
Engage with other Pinterest boards and adjacent companies
Pin new high-quality content consistently to Pinterest
Scheduling pins and posts to other social media platforms
Influencer marketing: actively sending group board requests, joining relevant boards, interacting with Pinterest influencers and promoting pins
Improve performance using Pinterest analytics

Job Requirements
Proficient in Google Workspace/G-Suite (All of our content is stored here)
Pinterest experience and knowledge including but not limited to promoting products, pinning, Pinterest groups, keyword research, and SEO
Proven results with Pinterest growth for other small businesses or brands
Strong understanding campaign management including but not limited to Pinterest
High proficiency in data analysis
Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines while keeping a professional demeanor
Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving
Self-motivated, independent, proactive
Proven organizational and communication skills
Experience with Canva or similar software to resize or format content

Key Deliverables
Post 3-4 New Pins Weekly
Create New Pins & Content to post
Provide weekly and monthly analytics about the progress of growth
Engage with other Pinterest accounts daily
Propose new content ideas weekly

This will be a part-time position with approximately 10-20 hours per week. You get to d ---------- your work hours but we do prefer at least 1-2 hours are during daytime ---------- pensation
Pay for this role will be 16,000 PHP per month (paid 8,000 bi-weekly)
