Ecommerce Store Assistance + Customer Service

Growing eCommerce store in USA hiring eCommerce store assistance. Job description as below:
1. Warm Sales: Online chat, phone call, and text message communication with potential customers help them complete the purchase. Follow up on the abandoned cart or any other opportunities.
2. Answer customer questions by email, chatting, and a phone call before and after purchase.
2. Email Follow, contest creation, Blog Post, and more creativity.
3. Basic Graphic Design and landing page design
4. Data analysis including price research, inventory management and more

Part-time for 3 months as an internship, will transit to full time if meet our standard.

Hour: 20 hours per week, will have to work on weekends if needed.

Candidate required to
have good English speaking skills (American Assent Plus)
Basic graphic design apps skills are required
responsible for any potential sales opportunity and lead generation.
You are also required to have to Know Google workplace, Skype, Trello, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
