My name is Craig Lewis and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of a fast-growing marketing agency that focuses on Pinterest marketing for eCommerce businesses. We are on our way to scaling our agency and looking for an English-speaking Pinterest Administrative Assistant to join us

About you:
-Strong command of the English language
-Pinterest Management Experience
-Strong communication and project management skills
-Experience using and managing Canva

Main responsibilities:
-Data Management:
-Collecting clients’ brand assets, images, and data and inputting them into Canva, ClickUp, and other team databases
-Reports generation for some clients (templates are created)
Pinterest Admin Tasks:
-Scheduling pins 14 days ahead for all accounts using the Pinterest scheduler
-Gathering website info and setting up a master database for each client
-Strategically picking URLs for images and videos to be produced (by the design team) 2 months ahead of time
Light Project Management
-Updating Project Trackers and Tasks within projects
-Providing task guidelines for contractors (SOPs and guides are available)
-Following up with contractors to ensure they have what they need to complete the task on time
-Quality check designs to ensure we are only posting pins within our standards
-Proofread writings
-Proofread copy on all creatives
-Maintain and update ClickUp trackers and projects
-There may be research or other administrative tasks given from time to time by the management team
You must have available to work between the hours of 7 am - 4 pm Paris Time / 1pm - 10 pm Bali.
We may want to start you off hourly, on a part-time basis. Gradually, after you have proven yourself, we may revisit and increase your hours, with the final idea to have you as a full-time member of our team.
