We are looking for the next top Sales Associate to be part of our growing team. This position is responsible for developing prospects into customer promoting products for our online websites. He/ She will play a big role in achieving business goals thru transforming potential clients into long term partner and providing great customer service experience answering customer's inquiries.

Responsibilities:
1. Research potential sponsored partnership for native advertisement

2. Respond to sales inquiries and close sales deals

3. Providing quality customer service through email responses

4. Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information

5. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems

6. Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers

7. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.

8. Completing email reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.

9. Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal department

10. Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:

1. Graduate of any 4 year course
2. With At least 2 years of Sales Experience or any related field.
3. Good written and verbal communication
4. Team player, goal- oriented and can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
5. No NBI/ Criminal record

Schedule:
Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary:
$400 Starting Salary (Increases every year)
3% Sales incentive
Additional Bonus if target is achieved monthly
