- Able to follow through from concept to completion with very little oversight by management.
- Able to grasp marketing concepts and take creative direction when needed.

- Must have resume/portfolio and willing to be interviewed.
- Someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty and takes charge of their projects.
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Someone who does not need much supervision and can be trusted to work without constant oversight.
