* The Company *
We a rapidly expanding home loan / residential mortgage company out of Toronto, Canada. We are staff of about 20 and are currently looking to expand out sales lead screening team.

Do you enjoy talking to people ? Are you a good listener and think quickly on your feet? Are you detail oriented and have a passion for helping clients? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment with the latest technology and innovative ideas? If you answered “YES” to all of the above, we’d love to connect to learn more about your skill set.
* The Job *
? Conduct phone conversation with inbound prospects looking to get qualified for a mortgage
? Ask and record specific qualifier questions to determine if prospect should proceed to speak to a licensed mortgage agent
? Set appointments via round robin system for company mortgage agents
? Input conversation info into the HubSpot CRM
? Conduct outbound calls to qualify protects who showed interest via online forms
? Be available from 10a to 6pm EST (Monday to Friday) - some weekend work may be required from time to time
? On average about 20 calls a day
? Have access to steady fast internet
* Key Skills *
? Need to have fluent English - phone presence in key (must sound as native English speaking as possible)
? Be available from 10a to 6pm EST (Monday to Friday) - some Weekend work may be required from time to time
? CRM experience preferred (HubSpot)
? Have access to TextMe or TextNow app via smartphone
