This role will start as part time, and quickly turn into full time once you are trained

Are you looking for an exciting role where you get to work closely with other marketing experts, and take your funnel skills to another planet?

Persuasion Experience is looking to hire their first PX Funnel Strategist!

You will be trained in the PX Funnel system that we have created after creating 450+ funnels and offers, and get to work on exciting brands (including BILLION dollar companies!).

You’ll get the best of both worlds in this role - working on many clients across many industries (which will help you 100x your marketing skills), PLUS you’ll work on Persuasion Experiences new product launches. Working alongside our co-founders on the product validation, strategy, launch, and improvements of the product!

A big part of this role will be owning the research for our client’s funnels, and developing this into an offer, funnel map, and lead magnet strategy.

The research is the most important thing when it comes to marketing. And it underpins the success of what we do at Persuasion Experience. We have an awesome system that goes through step by step, and we are always looking for improvements!

We want to find the smartest marketers to join our team. We’re building our core team that we hope will be with us on this journey for a very long time. We’ve brought on an Operations manager & project manager, world class direct response copywriters, amazing video editors, and a social media manager and VA.

Are you our missing piece of the puzzle?

-----Core Responsibilities-----

--Learn how to read minds and uncover what the target market REALLY wants. And turn this into in-depth customer avatars that speak to the pain points, hopes, dreams, fear etc of the target audience
--Spying on the competition, and uncovering the core messages and offers competitors are using (and how we can beat them!)
--Uncovering the best client social proof, and determining what other proof we need to have a high converting funnel
--Taking what you find in the research, and turning it into a ‘Golden Hippo’ offer
--High converting landing page strategy
--Creating UX wireframes, and creating design briefs. Working closely with designers to create high converting funnel asset design
--QA’ing funnels, and working closely with funnel builders to implement (with some implementation work)

-----About you -----

Non negotiables:
--you have done marketing research before,
--You understand funnel strategy, and have created funnel maps
--You understand what makes a high converting landing page, and funnel (and can prove you know!)
--you constantly learn and upskill,
--Bonus: direct response copy, funnels, landing page strategy, lead generation strategy, webinars, wireframing, lead magnet strategy, understand traffic (maybe you’ve run it before yourself)

This is for you if:
--You love upskilling & learning, and you want to become one of the best marketers
--You have have experience in marketing (no juniors)
--You want to be mentored by experienced marketers that have made 450+ funnels
--You’re a copywriter that wants to learn the #1 skill… research. And of course there will be some copy you can write ;)
--You understand funnel strategy, but you want to take it to the next level

Not for you if:
--You’re a junior marketer with less than 3 years experience
--You only build funnels, and don’t understand the principles behind the assets
--You want an easy marketing job (we are always pushing ourselves to be better and become the best marketers on the planet)
