Wordpress and General Technical Specialist

We love what we do and we’re now again growing our team! We're looking to hire a fun, creative, organized and hardworking Wordpress and General Technical ---------- this role you'll work closely with our Business and Operations Manager, Content Specialist and one of the company co-founders.

This exciting position will include things like:

- Update the company's 3 different Wordpress websites (including images, text, CSS, styling and more)

- Fix any technical issues on the websites as they arise

- Update, customize and fix the company's forums (using WP Foro) as well as the company's LMS (Wishlist member)

- Fix any issues that arise with the company and team's email (using Google Apps, Sendgrid, Gmail, etc)

- Writing code to create reports, view data, etc in Wordpress

- Have knowledge of payment processors like Stripe

- Deep understanding of email deliverability

- Respond to our website visitors, community and clients relating to all technical support and issues they may have with their accounts, URLs, access, etc,

- Setting up redirects as needed

- Creating and managing Zapier zaps

- Be very comfortable using WP plugins

- Understand how to develop, code and manage desktop and mobile websites in WP

- Be great at speeding websites up so they load and deliver fast

Must Haves:

- You must be available online to quickly respond, email and work during the hours of around 9am to 5pm Pacific.

- Your written English skills must be at or close to native level

- Your English speaking skills must be at or close to native level fluency

- You must be able to have calls with the team during our main business hours.

- You MUST have reliable high-speed internet.

- You must type at 50 WPM or greater with 95?curacy.

- Advanced level experience with Wordpress, CSS, Javascript and overall coding knowledge in the WP environment
