Social Media Marketing

In need of a social media / digital marketer. We are looking for someone who can show and prove their track record. Someone who has information to back up they know how to market, how to evaluate and analyze marketing efforts and adjust accordingly. We need someone to own this position, they will create the needed ads (or if video is needed, they will task us here on SPECIFICALLY what video is needed and a time frame to create it in), post the ads to the social platforms and run all engagement / discussions / questions etc on the social ---------- dividual will be responsible for tracking leads back to landing pages from social sites as well. Goal with social marketing plan is to get interested parties to go to our website and sign up for mailing list or requesting ---------- dividual must be self motivated, a self starter. Need to know your own computer with fast internet connection. Must be willing to work 75% of time on our time zone (as interaction with online prospects through social media will be expected - We're MST).
A few things we would like to see: 1) Ads you have created on your own (not a 3rd party, ads you thought up and created). 2) Documentation showing growth your efforts were directly a part of. . 3) What marketing tactics / methodologies do you follow?
