JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a full-time social media ads manager with expertise in Facebook that understands how to sustain Facebook month after month for a growing brand. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Your Top Tasks

* Creating a campaign schedule each month on what we will be pushing out to our customers
* Coming up with awesome marketing ideas and working with the designer to make them happen
* Be awesome at creating ad captions that new potential customers will love and engage with
* Review FB performance to make sure we are making a 3X return on all of the campaigns we are running

Skills Required:

* Have a consistent positive return on FB in the last 6 months (If you have never used Facebook Ads please DO NOT apply for this job)
* Has basic photoshop experience and knows how to make a mock draft (PLUS)
* Has successfully ran 10 FB campaign that has brought in profit for a business
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED


Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

I am looking for a part-time employee that will most likely become full-time within the next 6 months if performance is good. We are looking for someone long-term.
