You Will Be Responsible For


Looking for an experienced Skip Tracer preferably with access to the following platforms:
• idi data / idi core
• locatePlus
• Microbilt
• TLO / TLOxp
• Accurint
• Delvepoint
• Lexis Nexis
• Skipgenie

Availability:
Must be willing to work at least 40 hours/week.

You will skip trace building owners.
Will skip trace property owners of Multifamily, retail, and Industrial property
Will do database management
Will verify property info, clean up duplicates’ appraisal info, etc., and as volume increases, take on more tasks and responsibility
You will skip trace on mixed-use commercial properties
