Video Editing using Adobe

I have a need for editing several 'instructional' videos. I'm not sure of the time required but my need will be ongoing as I produce a continuous supply of Online instructional content. Possible average of 10-15 hours per week.

I'm looking for english speaking, proficient in video editing and able to turn projects around on a timely basis.
