Full Time Bookkeeper & Accounting for Property Management Company!

Property Management Company in the United States looking for a long term, full-time Bookkeeper / Virtual Assistant ---------- dividual will be responsible for accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations and must be good at finding and fixing problematic ---------- dividual will also be able to relay information to existing tenants, talk to outside vendors, as well as a variety of other tasks. You will be working in a team of 3, so communication and teamwork will be required.

Requirements:

Quickbooks - Minimum 1 year experience
High English Proficiency - Both written and spoken
Problem Solver - Must be able to find and fix accounting errors
Detail Oriented
Proficient Computer Skills - Able to learn new software quickly
Proficient Internet Search/Research Skills
Self Starter
Computer Access with good home internet connection - A Dual Monitor setup will be required for you to purchase within 2 months.
Workday beginning at 8:00 AM Central Standard Time
