Design Web Page

I am interested in hiring someone to design a web page like
amzrc.com
or reviewkick.com

I prefer reviewkick the best. You would have to know how to program for someone to add their products. Be able to click into into amazon remotely or connecting the web page and amazon site using api etc.

How long would it take to design/ build and how much would you charge?
