IT & Tech Sourcer + Recruiter - WELL PAID, LONG-TERM JOB

I need an experienced IT/Tech sourcer who will join my team and aid me with candidate sourcing on LinkedIn and calling candidates to conduct screening/interviews

I expect a large number of sourced qualified people within 24 hours from receiving the job specs (I promise around ---------- per job minimum so I would expect you to also source for that number, any experienced sourcer should be done within 2/3/4 hours).

You would also conduct phone calls/video meetings to screen candidates to conduct the 1st stage of the recruitment process (screening). Candidates are anywhere from US/to Europe (we can agree whether you are interested in the US or Europe zone)

Looking for people/agencies already experienced.

This is a long-term position based mostly on the daily rate + you ALWAYS will receive a $1000 bonus in any of the candidates will get hired on top of the base rate, as a better incentive to do a good job. I'm paying via ---------- so if you already have an account - that's great, if not - not a problem.
