Customer Service Representative

Hi

We are hiring for a customer support specialist. This is a part time role (16 hours a week) and requires you to work US hours on Saturday and ---------- pensation starts at $4.50/hr USD for the first 30 days, and is then increased to $5.50/hr if your performance meets expectations.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Customer Service: You will need to answer the phone whenever our customers call so you can answer their questions, troubleshoot their issues, and collect payments
- Research: You will be helping us research our competitors by looking up their prices, and calling them and getting more information about their business.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Min. 1yr of previous experience performing customer service over the phone
- Stable internet connection
- Fluent English
- You will need your own laptop/computer
- Able to work US hours on Saturday and Sunday
