Chatbot / Automation Developer

My aim is to create a chatbot that can automate several daily and business tasks through integrating different APIs. I am looking for a part-time programmer who has the following skills:

Knowledge in Javascript, React, and Python.
Knowledge in creating Telegram, Slack, and ---------- bots.
Familiarity with Twitter, Venmo, Airtable, Monday, and other APIs.
Familiarity with making pull requests on Github.
Knowledge in creating Zapier zaps using different APIs.

Optional:
Experience in deploying applications on Heroku.
Knowledge in how to set up virtual machines in Azure.
Knowledge in editing Wordpress installations and plugins.
