PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST.
This will include managing and setting monthly budgets for company, managing and paying bills/ accounts, planning travel, organizing to-do lists, sending quotes, sending contracts, following up on invoices/paying invoices, and keeping partners schedules very synchronized.
Skills must include:
Quick-books or similar knowledge, finance knowledge, organization, well-spoken English, personable, engaging, and VERY proactive. Must be resourceful.
This position (if a good fit) could eventually lead to working for our company
