Billing Specialist

We regularly interact with the titans of the Internet such as Google, Amazon, Mozilla, Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist clients with their billing concerns through email, chat, or phone call Manually create invoices for clients with specific requests (like adding VAT, TAX ID, discounts, etc.)
• Track unpaid invoices, reach out to clients for payment, and revoke orders if unpaid after a certain period of time
• Provide billing updates on the company communication system
• Must have a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company, as well as their prices and appropriate discounts
• Know how to save clients wanting to cancel and refund
