E/X is a small and growing boutique agency specializing in email and SMS marketing for ecommerce brands.

I started E/X a little over three years ago from my condo with $0. I hustled and worked for free until I got my first client, and since then the growth has been ---------- w, a team of 42, we create and manage world-class email and SMS programs for some of the fastest-growing ecommerce brands.

We’re looking to add talented account managers to our team to work with our e-commerce clients, to create and oversee client strategy from promotional calendars to strategic roadmaps.

You have a working knowledge of Klaviyo.

You can look at a Klaviyo account and immediately find ways to drive more performance.

The Account manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of client programs and is the direct liaison between the internal departments in order to achieve the client and company objectives.

We don't need you to design emails.

We don't need you to write emails either.

You will need to review grammar etc.

We need someone who really knows their way around Klaviyo.... can implement emails we design, setup split tests... can provide and send clients reports etc. Oversee execution and QA to ensure 100% error-free rate.

If you've done this for a previous agency that is a BIG plus.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Integrity: honest with yourself and other people, you don't just say what people want to hear, but tell the truth in all areas of your life.

- Confident and humble: Cares more about improving than looking good, have a growth mindset.

- Give 110%: Self-starter, takes ownership, gets stuff done, not afraid to get into the weeds and figure things out.

- Experience with design. (design samples of past work required)

- Experience with ecommerce, experience with email for ecommerce is even better.

- Great time and project management skills; deadline-oriented with experience getting projects done quickly, with very high quality standards.

- You must have great attention to detail and amazing communication skills.

- You must have experience working in a remote team.
