Authorities & Responsibilities:
Supports all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Updates all records pertinent to Compensation and Benefits of covered employees
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
Collects time and attendance records.
Processes payroll and resolves any payroll errors
Prepares monthly report listing for government contributions (SSS, Philhealth and or Pag-IBIG)
Assists HR Manager in the implementation of company related benefits including payroll
Ensures that each regular employee and dependents (when applicable) are provided with their corresponding benefit.
Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
Assesses employees needs by conducting organizational surveys.
Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
Keeps up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Performs other tasks that can be assigned from time to time.
