Crossmap is a Christian web-portal designed to give readers a faith-based alternative for their regular news, culture and entertainment. We need writers who are enthusiastic, diligent and professional.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be self-motivated and strongly committed. Though candidates can work from anywhere, this is a job that has deadlines and set goals. There are requirements for writing quality and quantity that you must maintain as a writer.

Candidates must be current with the news and must read the news daily to know what is going on in society, in order to pick up topics that matter to our readers. Writers must be able to write compelling and timely articles that will also drive traffic.

Candidates must be web savvy and will be required to submit their articles through an online content management system, so you’ll need to be familiar with websites, Google Drive and email.

Candidates should be able to show the resources that they've used to write the articles.

2. Include a cover letter explaining why you want to work for Crossmap and how you meet the qualifications above
3. Attach your resume to the email.
4. Submit an article on an upcoming movie release in the United States (min. 350 words)

Qualified applicants will receive an e-mail invitation to one of the interview sessions.

Pay: $2 per article during the one-month trial period, then $350 USD per month after; paid twice a month.
