Qualifications:

3-10 years work experience as a Tax Professional
Proficiency on MS Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with Various Tax Software
Excellent English Skills (Spoken and Written)
Must be able to work on Pacific Standard Time
Organization skills are a must

Responsibilities include:

Keeping all aspects of Tax Matters Up to date
Prepare/Review Tax deliverables
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensuring legal requirements compliance.
