**SEO Specialist Opening for US Corporation Located in California**

We are a California based property management company is seeking an experienced SEO manager to manage our websites and improve our search engine visibility. Your paramount goal will be to modify/adjust/edit our current websites in order to achieve the highest possible page rank for all applicable keywords. We need an outside of the box thinker that will be able to identify the top search terms for our industry to create the most page traffic. You will also need the technical knowledge to then program our sites accordingly and enhance our page rank for each term.

The job requires creating reports, online reputation management, answering emails, interacting with colleagues and clients, scheduling, creating spreadsheets, managing data, and some general administrative support duties.

Must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SEO experience
- Extensive SEO Knowledge
- Knowledge on Google Analytics
- Ability to create SEO strategies and initiatives to enhance our company website placement on Google and other search engines.
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong reporting skills
