Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a VA who can:

-Add intro and outro to my podcast episodes
-Upload podcast episodes to Libsyn (4 per week)
-Upload/schedule videos to YouTube with text, affiliate links, etc.
-Create the thumbnail for Youtube videos
-Create images for my podcast episodes
-Create and add images for our blog posts
-Upload our blog posts
-Creating images/social posts for launches
-Upload social images into Social Bee
-Occasionally do research
-Potentially do very light Youtube video editing (ideally sound effects, images at a few points in each video.)

I'm looking for someone who is an eager learner, who enjoys getting feedback, who likes to learn something new and take responsibility of that task. This person is a self-starter who enjoys having a set of tasks to check off.

I'd love someone that wants to be around long term and grow with the company.
