JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Amazing Scheduler who has experience with multiple outbound scheduling and appointment setting. This position requires excellent customer service skills via phone and email as this position will be working directly with customers. If you have experience performing complex scheduling in the past, we want to hear from you.

You must be proficient in writing and speaking English, and familiar with MS Teams, Google Calendars, Outlook, Google Maps, and Excel. The more tech savvy you are, that is a plus in this position.

Our ideal candidate as a minimum of 2 years working as a virtual scheduler/appointment setter for professionals.

* Must be able to work during the hours between 8am-6pm USA Pacific Time zone. M-F.
* Minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.
