JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring for a full-time, long-term Customer Service and Business Support Virtual Assistant of our business selling on ---------- and other e-Commerce platforms. Amazon virtual assistant to assist the Account Management team by facilitating and executing Keyword research and Amazon support services for our company. This role involves implementing and monitoring marketplace best practices including SEO, product content development and implementation, and brand ---------- ndidate must be a fast learner. Skills/experience must haves:
- 1+ years experience supporting an online Amazon business
- Managing all aspects of AMZ account health including seller feedback, policy compliance notifications and Amazon case logs
- Handle customer enquiries by email, Amazon Seller Central, Facebook, social media, etc.
- Manage, create and monitor Amazon listings (flat file experience preferred)
- Creating, managing and evaluating Lightning Deals, 7 Day Deals, coupon campaigns
- Monitoring keyword rank, BSR, sub-category rankings and pricing for us and competitors
- Excellent with Google Sheets / Excel for daily and weekly business reporting
- Managing a database of expenses, invoices, cost of goods
- Support the management of inventory: helping with forecasts, restocks and re-orders
- Support marketing activities such as sales campaigns, social media, storefront and listing optimization
- Experience or knowledge in Amazon listing creation in including EBC/A+ content

The role is a full-time long-term employment opportunity, working remotely, 40 hours a week, so we require a candidate who can commit themselves to the role fully without other employment commitments. Training shall be provided.
