We are now hiring Quality Analysts (complete work from home role) for a well-established and growing Live Chat company headquartered in Sydney, Australia, to join our expanding team. You will be joining our QA team and training our internal team on products and updates, ensuring that the services meet our high-quality standards and ensure that we truly delight our customers. You will be our constant champion of best practices for QA.

A snapshot of your role-
a) Audit chat interactions and provide appropriate feedback to the agents
b) Review and monitor live chats and identify performance gaps
c) Review and submission of leads that are generated during the chats
d) Evaluate, provide feedback, mentor and motivate employees to provide excellent customer service through chat interactions while improving quality metrics constantly
e) Coach employees on performance improvement
f) Accountability for the achievement of Quality Assurance
g) Reporting and discussing results with counterparts and appropriate teams, collaborating through meetings, and weekly updates
h) Responsible for the tea
i) Responsible for training on different products and sharing updates on a regular basis
Job Requirements-
• Minimum 2 years of chat monitoring experience
• Knowledge of quality standards in the international chats process
• Advanced MS Excel skills. Six Sigma certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Must be amenable to working with different chat applications/tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
