About the role

You will be responsible for maintaining and performing ad-hoc pertaining to our existing websites and applications and assisting the IT manager.

You’ll be working in a small, enthusiastic team, passionate to deliver great results for the company and the community.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and maintaining the company website and applications
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Testing new technology
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Requirements

Experience with BigCommerce, G Suite, Wrike, HTML, CSS is a plus
Prior experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role
Ability to program in at least one programming language such as C#, Java (J2EE) etc.
Knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
A team player with excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Great attention to detail and time-management skills
BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field; MSc/MA will be appreciated
