JOB OVERVIEW

We are a QSR chain in Australia operating 50 stores and are the market leader in the dessert category. We employ 1000+ people across our Support Office, Warehouse and Stores and are super proud of our culture!

We are gearing up for rapid expansion and looking forward to laying down some strong foundations to achieve future growth. Underpinning this growth is providing exceptional support to our stores and customers. Here is where our new IT Support role comes in.

In the role, you will be responsible but not limited to the following:
- Provide telephone/remote IT support to San Churro’s staff, and 50+ restaurants
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues including applications, hardware, POS and network
- Escalate with the IT team and support partners as required
- Continuously improve the IT knowledge base, and processes
- Maintain the IT asset and inventory register
- Provide recommendations to mitigate recurring issues
- Adhere to industry best practice, and agreed KPI’s

Skills and Experience:
- Have experience in a similar role ideally from hospitality, or retail
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and being the face of IT
- Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Google Workspace
- Experience with Jira, Power BI and/or Redcat is highly desirable
- Organised, and able to easily prioritise
- Works well under pressure
- Team player and coachable
- Excellent oral and written communication
- IT qualifications are a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in IT related roles

Due to the nature of this position, on-call shifts are required so we will need someone that is able to work after hours and on weekends.

This is a full time role, 40 hours per week and the role will be performed remotely.
