SALES MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set and achieves the team sales and target.
- Formulate strategies to achieve short term goals of the company
- Develops quarterly and annual plans and ensures implementation to help achieve the target.
- Ensure that team is committed to contribute and team morale is high.
- Monitors sales performance and implements marketing programs to achieve sales and assigned targets.
- Investigates and resolves customer's complaints.
- Conducts monthly business review within the company
- Motivate team members and mentor them to unleash their potential as professionals
- Delegates tasks to colleagues to build an atmosphere of empowerment within the team
- Drives every team member to excel in every task assigned and cultivate a culture of competitiveness
- Create and implement best practice strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
- Hold regular team business meetings to discuss about updates, issues, and formulate recommendations.
- Set direction, align resources and motivate action from the team to achieve company’s set goals.
- Create opportunities to increase growth, performance and impact such as new markets, new methods, new systems and resources.
- Resolves daily concerns in the operations.
