JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US based, 6 year old company in the menswear sector. We have a strong social presence with over 300,000 facebook fans.

We currently work with a team of 6 including 2 people from the Philippines who do a great job. Qe want to bring on a social media manager & customer service specialist. Work is full time 40 hours per week.

Requirements:
1. Native-like English skills (you have to be able to speak and write fluently and perfectly)
2. You must adhere to deadlines and show up on time
3. Be able to work in a team with other Americans and Filipinos
4. Willing to learn and get the job done
5. We are looking for someone who can work during business hours in the USA.

We treat our VAs very well, you get paid vacation and we take care of you, but we also look for loyalty and a long-term commitment.

You would:
- handle creation and scheduling of all our social media posts
- answer to comments and requests
- create and follow hashtags
- monitor and reply to comments
- Infusionsoft
- Email Marketing
- Magento
- Live Chat
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
