About the Job
As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.



What is the Job

On the Front End…
Strong knowledge of Web design, HTML, and CSS. Websites are all on WordPress.
Graphic Design Experience is a plus, but not required
Manage SEO for site. Add and monitor SEO Software on website
SEO Experience strongly preferred

On the Back End…
Write effective APIs. Manage connections between inhouse and external applications, our Website, the CRM, social media platforms
Content management
Liaise with our hosting providers via chat and support tickets when required
Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our own website
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

Other Programming projects…
Ad-hoc projects to facilitate team efficiency through automations
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Write technical documentation, when required
Support future SAAS offerings.


Personality / Intangibles…
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Positive personality with a passion for learning and evolving to meet the demands of this industry.
Enjoys sinking your teeth into a challenge and is happy to solve problems in order to achieve goals
Be creative and have a flair for laying web pages out to fit the brand or style
Confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion; if you think the ship is heading off course.

Other Details
This is a part-time or full-time role and we’re not looking for an agency. We require a developer for a minimum of 25 hours per week. We are happy to take a full-time role on or 2 part-time roles on. Role requires remote working.
